Consignor Information

Public consignor registration opens at 6am on Monday, July 12, 2010.

Early consignor registration dates for Spring 2010 volunteers are Friday, June 25 and Friday, July 2. This special registration is only available through e-mail as web registration is closed that day. Names will be verified on the Spring '10 consignment sale volunteer roster. Remaining open consignor numbers will be available on Monday, July 12th at 6 AM.

All previous consignors MUST re-register each time and numbers are not guaranteed, so register early for best chance of getting the same number!

Space limited to first 200 consignors.

1. Fill out contact form, e-mail or call (336) 410-5037 to register and receive a consignor number (space limited to 200 consignors.) Please note that you may only request one consignor number at a time.
2. Sort, clean and tag your items
3. Bring tagged items to Covenant Church during a scheduled "drop-off" time:
   • Monday: 9am - 12pm, or, 4 - 7pm
   • Tuesday: 9am - 12pm, or, 4 - 7pm
4. Consignors with 20+ items can also shop the pre-sale on Wednesday from 7:30 - 9 pm. Tell your friends about the public sale!
5. Pick-up any unsold items on Saturday (last day of sale) from 4-5pm only :: Any items not picked up by 5pm will be donated to local charities
6. A check will be mailed to you after three weeks of sale close.
